We are currently hiring Registered Dietitians in California, Oregon, and Montana.
This position offers a starting hourly rate of $52-54 per hour as a W2 employee, with potential to earn $90,000+ annually.
Assuming that every week, you see clients for 28 hours (with most sessions being 55 minutes), are paid for 3.5 hours of care coordination, and 1 hour for internal meetings, you can expect to make over $90K per year while still taking 2 weeks of unpaid vacation and only working an average of 32.5 hours per week. That means you can have a work-life balance while still making what many RDs earn in a salaried leadership role while working around the clock.
If everything above is the same except that you see clients for 23 hours per week (which is our caseload goal), you can expect to make over $78K per year while still taking 2 weeks of unpaid vacation and only working an average of 27.5 hours per week. That means you can have schedule flexibility and work remotely while making what many RDs earn working 40+ hours in a clinical role at a hospital.
