Alyssa Snow Callahan, MS, RD, CEDS-C, is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Certified Eating Disorder Specialist - Supervisor, Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, author of The Mindful Eating Journal, and Founder / CEO of Nourished with Kindness. Alyssa specializes in eating disorders, binge eating, emotional eating, and body image in teens and adults, as well as a weight-neutral approach to treating fertility/pregnancy issues. She earned her Masters in Nutritional Science from California State University at Los Angeles and received her B.S. in Communication from Boston University with concentrations in Psychology and Public Relations.
Prior to starting Nourished with Kindness, Alyssa worked as a clinical dietitian at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center and Providence-Little Company of Mary Medical Center in Torrance. She has also worked in sales, marketing, and public relations through her roles at Center For Discovery, a leading eating disorder treatment center, and at a public affairs firm in Washington, D.C. Alyssa was able to quickly grow Nourished with Kindness to a group practice thanks to the power of marketing and accessible, high-quality care for clients. She is passionate about helping eating disorder and non-diet providers grow their business and clinical skills and making business support more accessible.

Kelley Gresiak, RD, CEDS-C is a Registered Dietitian, Certified Eating Disorder Specialist - Supervisor, and Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor specializing in the treatment of eating disorders through Intuitive Eating and Health at Every Size. Kelley earned her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo and completed her dietetic internship at California State University, Fresno. Immediately following graduation, Kelley began working as a Registered Dietitian in the field of eating disorder treatment, and has built experience in working with both adults and adolescents in a variety of settings, including residential treatment for eating disorders, substance use disorders, and mental health; intensive outpatient; and private practice.
Kelley is passionate about helping individuals mend their relationships with food and their bodies by supporting them in reconnecting to their internal cues and wisdom and building trust with this practice. She believes everyone is worthy and capable of achieving freedom from food distress and gravitating towards more balance and enjoyment!

Brooke Linberg, RD, is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist specializing in eating disorders, Intuitive Eating, binge eating, and body image. She has experience at a leading eating disorder treatment center, providing weight-inclusive nutrition counseling to adults and adolescents. Brooke graduated from Viterbo University in Wisconsin with a Bachelor of Science in Community-Medical Dietetics and minor in Sports Science. She went on to complete internships at EDCare eating disorder center in Denver and the University of Louisville Sports Nutrition Department. Brooke is passionate about body positivity and helping her patients learn how to make peace with themselves and food.

Colene Stoernell, MS, RDN, LD, is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Nutrition Therapist specializing in eating disorders, with a particular focus on avoidant/restrictive food intake disorder (ARFID). Colene uses a weight-neutral, non-diet approach rooted in Intuitive Eating, Health at Every Size®, and evidence-based therapies such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to support clients in achieving a positive relationship with food and their bodies. Colene earned her Master of Science in Clinical Nutrition from Rush University in Chicago and completed her dietetic internship. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition, Food Science, and Food Service Management from Dominican University in Illinois.
With over 19 years of experience, Colene has worked in various settings, including inpatient critical care, pediatric feeding clinics, and eating disorder treatment programs. Her expertise in ARFID and other feeding challenges stems from her professional experience and her journey of navigating her child’s feeding difficulties. Before joining Nourished with Kindness, Colene taught nutrition at the college level and developed online programs for parents and caregivers on topics such as pediatric feeding challenges, gentle nutrition, and non-diet approaches to health, and served as a clinical dietitian in leading hospitals and specialty clinics. She is committed to providing compassionate, inclusive care to clients of all ages and backgrounds.

Drew Haginas, MS, RDN, is a Registered Dietitian specializing in supporting individuals on their eating disorder recovery journey and those looking to gain nutrition knowledge and skills with an anti-diet/all foods fit approach. She has experience working at eating disorder treatment centers at the partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, and outpatient levels of care where she provided nutrition counseling to adults and adolescents. Prior to beginning her career, Drew graduated from The University of Texas Medical Branch with her master’s degree in nutrition and metabolism. After graduation Drew made the cross country move from Texas to California! With a compassionate, non-judgmental approach, she practices under the principles of Health at Every Size (HAES), All Foods Fit, and anti-diet philosophies. Drew is dedicated to helping clients build a healthier relationship with food, movement, and their bodies. Her goal is to support clients in nourishing their bodies without shame or guilt, while learning how to make peace with food. Drew is passionate about creating a safe, supportive space for all individuals to heal and thrive.

Madalyn Homeier, RDN, is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist specializing in evidence-based eating disorder and disordered eating treatment utilizing weight-inclusive and Intuitive Eating approaches to nourishment. With compassion and curiosity, Madalyn offers individualized treatment plans based on one’s unique relationship with food, lived experiences, nutritional needs, and personal nutrition goals. Madalyn is experienced in providing trauma-informed care and is well-versed in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Exposure and Response Prevention.
Madalyn earned her Bachelor of Science in Dietetics and Bachelor of Science in Human
Nutrition from Kansas State University and completed her Dietetic Internship rotations at Scripps Mercy Hospital, Center for Discovery, and San Marcos Unified School District. Madalyn strives to meet her clients where they are at in their self-care journey and believes in a collaborative, client-centered approach to treatment. She is committed to helping her clients explore their own strengths while guiding them towards food freedom and self-acceptance wherein our bodies, and the food that nourishes us, can be enjoyed and celebrated!

Jessica Jung, MS, RDN is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist passionate about helping individuals heal their relationship with food through the principles of Intuitive Eating. She is also dedicated to guiding clients in developing a relationship with movement that is enjoyable, sustainable, and suitable for their current life situation. Jess earned her bachelor’s degree in Nutritional Science - Physiology and Metabolism from UC Berkeley and continued her education at the University of Southern California, where she obtained a master’s degree in Nutrition, Healthspan, and Longevity. Prior to becoming a Registered Dietitian, Jess worked as a personal trainer, focusing on helping clients appreciate their bodies’ physical capabilities and the benefits of movement, rather than their physical appearance. During her specialty internship rotation at USC Athletics, Jess educated collegiate athletes about the importance of proper fueling to enhance athletic performance while also emphasizing a healthy relationship with food. Upon becoming a licensed registered dietitian, she began working at a leading residential eating disorder treatment center in Southern California, where her passion for helping clients understand their relationship with food deepened. Jess is committed to using her expertise in nutrition, movement, and the body to help clients find a peaceful relationship with food and themselves.

Michele Christopher, MS, RDN is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist specializing in the treatment of eating disorders and disordered eating using Intuitive Eating and Health at Every Size Principles. Michele graduated from California State University, Northridge with a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry and continued on to earn her Master's degree in Nutrition and Dietetics. During her time at CSUN, Michele conducted research into identifying the prevalence and predictors of disordered eating amongst college students, which was later published in the Journal of the American College of Nutrition (2018). Michele completed her dietetic internship at the Veterans Affairs Hospital in West Los Angeles with experience working with substance abuse, mental health and eating disorders/disordered eating. Following her internship Michele has worked at a number of leading eating disorder treatment centers with experience at all levels of care working both one-on-one with clients and also as the Manager of Nutrition Services. Michele is passionate about helping her clients heal their relationships with food, body, movement, themselves and others through the use of evidenced based frameworks to support empowering individuals to nourish oneself without guilt or shame, exploration into the relational aspects and roles of food, and deconstructing the harmful external messages and rules created over time.

Natalie Gavi, MS, RD is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who is passionate about helping individuals heal their relationship with food and learn how to incorporate gentle nutrition strategies to help enhance athletic performance. Natalie earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition Science from The University of Illinois at Chicago. She then went on to complete her dietetic internship at Oregon Health and Science University (OHSU) in Portland, OR, where she completed >1200 hours of supervised practice through various clinical and community settings prior to sitting for the national boards exam required to become a dietitian. She also completed her Masters in Science degree with a focus in Clinical Nutrition at OHSU. She has worked as a clinical dietitian in two LA-based hospitals and has experience working with adults, adolescents, and pediatric patients. Natalie currently lives in Los Angeles with her cat Erice, her horse Stella, and her mini doxie Luna. When she isn't working, you can find her at the barn and exploring the beaches, food scene and hikes around L.A.

Sasha Gordon, MS, RDN is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist specializing in the treatment of eating disorders utilizing Intuitive Eating and Health At Every Size principles. Sasha graduated from Tulane University, with a bachelor’s degree in Public Health, and minors in both Art History and Psychology. Sasha earned her Master's degree in Nutrition from University of Southern California, where she also completed her Dietetic Internship. Sasha was set on working with eating disorders from the start, choosing to do her speciality internship rotation with a well known eating disorder dietitian in Los Angeles, and seeking out internships in the eating disorder community prior to starting USC. After passing her RD exam, Sasha quickly began working as a dietitian at a lead eating disorder treatment facility in California, and soon became lead dietitian over their three residential locations.
Sasha is passionate about helping clients heal their relationships with food and their bodies through her compassionate, direct approach, debunking nutrition myths, exploring individual triggers for eating disorder behaviors, and working together to nourish one’s body and soul!

Maggie Bonilla joined Nourished With Kindness in July 2022. She earned her Bachelor's Degree in Communication Studies at California State University, Northridge and completed her Masters of Science degree in Counseling from California Lutheran University. Maggie was previously a teacher and school counselor. She enjoys helping others and is a lifelong learner currently learning the ins and out of billing.

Annelise Asch joined Nourished with Kindness in 2024 as an Administrative Assistant. She is currently the Social Media Chair for the Los Angeles Eating Disorder Collective and in school for her Masters degree in Social Work. Annelise is passionate about mental health, and is a fierce advocate of body neutrality and liberation. She channels her passion into her work and personal social media presence. Outside of work, Annelise loves petting corgis, getting crafty, and spending time with her husband and cat children.
